Geschichte / History

 Chris Porter (Level Designer Capcom): "Das Spiel war für den SEGA Saturn in Entwicklung. Dann war abzusehen, dass SEGA die Plattform fallen lässt. Da das Projekt aber nahezu fertig gestellt war, boten wir es Sony an, die es aber ablehnten. Sony lehnte es wahrscheinlich ab, da unser Spiel zu sehr dem Sony-Spiel Blasto ähnelte."
Schon seit Jahren suchen ich und einige andere fleißige Saturn-Fans nach den verloren gegangenen Spielen für den SEGA Saturn. Aufgrund einiger Partnerschaften und Zusammenarbeiten kann ich euch nun Major Damage präsentieren, auch wenn es sich diesmal nicht um ein komplettes Spiel wie noch bei Return Fire handelt (nur die erste Welt mit 3 Leveln). Aber ich bin ständig daran, den Entwicklern und Publishern weitere Games zu entlocken, um euch bald eine dritte Volume des Lost Games Recovery Program präsentieren zu können.
 Chris Porter (Level Designer Capcom): "The game was in production for the SEGA Saturn. Then SEGA discontinued the platform. Since the project was nearly complete we pitched it to Sony, who declined it. Sony probably declined it because our game very closely resembled Blasto."
Since years myself and some other hard-working Saturn fans are searching for lost Saturn games. Because of some partnerships and connections i now can present the next Volume in the Lost Games Recovery Program, although it´s not a complete game this time like Return Fire (only the first world with 3 levels). But i´m working hard, to unveil more unreleased games in the future. | | |
